Bridgeville Community Food Bank
Zion is a church partner of the Bridgeville Community Food Bank (BCFB), which is operated out of Bethany Presbyterian Church on Washington Rd. in Bridgeville. The food bank distributes non-perishable food and hygiene products to families in need within the Chartiers Valley and South Fayette communities. A yearly Christmas toy drive is also conducted for Food Bank recipient families. 

Barb Oechslein is Zion's volunteer Food Bank coordinator -- THANK YOU, BARB! She takes the items contributed by Zion members each month to the BCFB for distribution to needy families. In our monthly Zion newsletter you will find a reminder of the "item of the month" (although you can donate any non-perishable item you choose!) and when the items will be taken to the BCFB each month. 

Simply bring donated items to church and place them in the tall wicker basket in the narthex!
