Book Synopsis:
This book provides a concise look into the essential and extensive work of Christ as Mediator and how that unfolds within the Trinity. It addresses the questions of why we need a mediator, how Christ mediates, and the blessings of having a mediator. Robert Walderman expounds upon an abundance of Scriptures dealing with the mediation of Christ. He also takes to heart the words of Charles Spurgeon, who said, "He who will not use the thoughts of other men's brains proves that he has no brains of his own," and supports his ideas with a compilation of insightful quotes from a host of outstanding theologians and scholars. Theologians from the past, such as John Calvin, William Perkins, John Owen, and Charles Spurgeon, as well as more contemporary authors, such as R. C. Sproul and John Piper. In addition, the author weaves throughout the book his own thought-provoking insights, personal experiences, and helpful illustrations to create a readable introduction to the topic, which can also be used as an everyday devotional or study.

After the opening, students will meet their teachers and be dismissed to their Sunday School classroom; adults/teens will stay in the Fellowship Hall for Bible Study

This 8 Week study starts on Saturday, September 26th
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Format of Study
This study will require reading on your own 5 days a week. We will come together on Saturdays to watch an accompanying video and have discussion. We will start week one already having read the first week. LWML will supply the first 15 participants with the book for free.

Enjoy a full day on the shores of Lake Erie with lake breezes, beautiful views, and activities for all ages. Pioneer Fest features ice cream, bounce houses, face painting, tractor train rides, touch-a-truck experiences, mounted police units, live music, and so much more.
Our Country Store will be open throughout the day serving hot dogs, hamburgers, Perry’s Ice Cream, and additional refreshments.

Pastor Grimenstein served as an active-duty U.S. Army chaplain from 2004-2011. He primarily served with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) at Ft. Bragg, was involved in missions in Afghanistan/Middle East, and at SHAPE in Belgium. Pastor will be sharing about the unique mission work LCMS military chaplains perform on a daily basis.
