Deaconess Call Committee Update
At our January Voters' Meeting, voters authorized the formation of a Call Committee to review candidates and make a recommendation to voters for a Deaconess/Director of Family Life at Zion. Zion's Constitution (II.A.6) states that any communicant member may nominate a candidate for any called position to the Call Committee.
Accordingly, the Deaconess Call Committee invites any Zion member to nominate candidates for the called Deaconess position at Zion. The Committee will then request information from the Synod for those candidates in order to evaluate them.
